Strength and protection to get through

In this past week I have not been in a good place, each day feels heavy and pressure pushing down on me. I am praying, but I can't break through this feeling. I know the Lord is there, He is near me. There seems to be something else hanging out around me or the other person I am with. I have had headaches all week, which normally I never get. My physical body has pain and I have no injury. I need all the prayers to get through this.
