Laura is a loving spouse and mother of two boys whose earlier battle with breast cancer took an unexpected turn when it returned as a metastatic diagnosis. She and her husband Jim have traveled to Mayo Clinic for advanced treatment and are pursuing naturopathic therapies in San Antonio which are not covered by insurance. Proceeds from the online Lend A Hand Up fundraiser and benefit activities will help them with medical, travel, and other expenses.
