On November 2, 1889, North Dakota became the 39th state. This was also the year that we, as North Dakotans, came together as a community. The 1889 harnesses the North Dakota community value and carries it through to the space and events.
This space is for gathering, whether it’s a small event or large event. The 1889 is here for gathering and creating memories.
Oh, and fun fact, this is the oldest building in Fargo. Pretty cool, right?

Did we mention that this is the oldest brick building in Fargo? This unique space is rich with history and the perfect location for your event. We’re a great space for bridal showers, business meetings, private cooking classes, graduation parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties, or any gathering you can think of.
